Processing Time All Hank & Lucy Bulldogs products are made to order. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

• Standard Shipping: $6.99
• Free shipping on orders over $99
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after fulfillment
• Total estimated time: 5–12 business days

International Shipping We ship to 60+ countries worldwide. International orders are fulfilled through our print-on-demand partner and shipped directly to your door.

• Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days after fulfillment
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination
• Duties and import taxes are collected at checkout (Delivered Duty Paid) — no surprise fees at delivery

• All products are printed and shipped by our fulfillment partner. Exact shipping times may vary based on your location and carrier availability.
• Once an order has been fulfilled, we are unable to modify the shipping address.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date at hankandlucy@hotmail.com and we'll make it right.
