Refund policy

Made to Order Every Hank & Lucy Bulldogs product is made to order, just for you. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or ordering errors. Please double-check sizing charts and product details before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item We stand behind every order. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, we'll make it right — no questions asked. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at hankandlucy@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production has likely begun and we're unable to cancel. Email us immediately at hankandlucy@hotmail.com if you need to cancel.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
